The Stucco is Damaged

We can provide a stucco inspection to determine the extent and who is responsible.

Larger sections of stucco have separated from the wall. Damaged stucco indicates a serious problem that would require replacement of the stucco and the underlying expanded metal lath. Please refer to the next pages on how your home is built and the cause of cracking. All these photographs are of wood framed second floors. Damage to stucco over concrete block is extremely rare and not discussed.
